You are known and you are seen. The darkness has not hidden you. Nights are where our struggles and the darkness of our circumstances become more tangible because of the physical darkness, but the pop of blush in the arrangements is meant to represent the Light. There is Light, and you're not hidden by the night.

This theme was inspired by the beautiful words written by my friend, Charis. No one person was an afterthought or a mistake. We were all created with a purpose, and hold a worth greater than what we could ever conceive. God creates each human to express and explore through them, the manifold reams of His infinite love, the essence of who He is. As any artist, He creates not to achieve a task, but to relay a message. Not because He had something to get done, but because He had something to say. You, my friend, were a thought worth saying. This week's theme was inspired by the Korean poem below. I chose the colours white, green, and yellow to reflect what our hearts would look like when light pervaded them, and the beauty they would display when our hearts emulate the wind and trace the layers of the hearts of others where we learn to love, understand and empathize. May our hearts be places that welcome those who visit them.
I believe that we are lovely because we are loved, and not that we are loved because we are lovely. When this theme came to me, the image I had was of a very tacky 90s greeting card with lots of huge pink hearts that someone would excitedly pick up to express their love. I think that there is something very precious about an excited love, and what accompanies it is a deep delight that the lover has towards his/her beloved friend, partner, or family member. I wanted to create something that would capture the heart of a lover, and of course the Lover Himself.
