Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I place order for your latest weekly theme?
The order form for every weekly theme can be found in the Highlights section of my Instagram, together with its inspiration, so that you may decide if it aligns with what you are looking for.
2. How many days in advance should I place my order?
Ideally, a week in advance would be perfect. However, due to Raeil being a part-time vocation, my availability varies, so it will be best for you to contact me (via the links at the bottom of the page) personally to enquire my availability for your order.
3. When do you florist?
Generally, I only florist on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
4. Can you create the exact bouquet according to the picture I provide you?
I do not replicate arrangements because I believe it to be important to respect the works of other florists, as well as my own creativity. Please only approach me if you believe in the heart of my work, as well as enjoy the aesthetic of my creations. If the picture that you are showing is a reference of my old work, it will be hard to replicate as well. Many flowers are seasonal and subject to availability, and even the shades and tones of the same flower variety can differ. I will, however, do my best to cater to the look that you’re going for.
5. Do you do custom bouquets?
Yes, I do. You may find the different prices under the category ‘Bespoke bouquets’. Please understand that the higher your budget, the greater the customisation and possibilities. If you have a small budget, it will be harder to secure expensive blooms like peonies, hydrangeas, king proteas, etc.
6. Can I order one of your wrapped bouquets as my bridal bouquet?
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. In order to achieve the lush look of bridal bouquets, a greater variety of flowers and leaves are needed. For the conception of the arrangement, we will discuss the ideas that you have for your bouquet, the florals that can be procured for that particular season, as well as its size and type. On the whole, bridal bouquets require a lot more work - from planning, to procuring the products, to conditioning, to arranging, and then delivering them to you.
7. How do I care for the flowers?
Bouquets
Remove the wrapping from the bouquet and place the flowers in a vessel of water. Do change the water daily, and snip about 1cm off the ends of the stems to ensure a fresh cross-section for unhindered consumption of water. Vases Simply change the water daily and place your arrangement in a cool environment away from the sun. Baskets As basket arrangements are held together by a floral foam, all you need to do is to pour water into the middle of your arrangement. The floral foam will soak up the water and distribute it evenly such that your florals quench their thirst. |
8. How long will the flowers last?
In our hot and humid weather, they usually last between 3 and 5 days. Remove any stems that are wilting so that you may prolong the life of other flowers in the arrangement. Placing them in a cool environment away from the sun will help in their longevity.
9. I would like to cancel my order. Will I be refunded?
A refund is only possible if no materials have been acquired for your order. If they have already been purchased in order to fulfill your order, then a refund is not possible. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, please contact me (via the links at the bottom of the page) at least two days in advance to enquire about the cancellability of your order.
